to search complains and answer them.

Information network

A network to connect computers together, to do the following:

Exchange daily information database online throughout network depends
on VPN   FRAMRELAY ANEY TO ANEY, with a 512 kb/s DSL line for
each branch and 8GB DSL line for the head quarters.

2-   SHDSL device to connect the company with the head quarters of Telecom Egypt.

3-   A number of Cabinets to distribute internet connection to all administrative users.

4-   ROWTER CISCO 1800 1 PORT   512 KB.

- Establish ISDN information network system to connect branches, stores, labs and units of the company with the head quarters using central Database Online System at 64 Kb/s.

- Develop information network using frame Relay Connection at 512 Kb/s connection and up to 2Mb for branches and 16Mb for the head quarters.

2-   Increase IP Addresses number up to 256 virtual IP Addresses By the technicians of the company.
